Hallo , i am very interested in nature protection , i would like to buy the 295 hectares of forest , 1 problem i don’t have that amount of money , if i get it right 1 hectare is about 900 EUR , is their any possibility to buy a peace of the 295 hectare and become owner of it , or is their any way to lent the money in costa rica and to make some money back from the forest so the monthly cost to the bank is less. If for example the goverment cut trees they can give that money to the bank and i pay less the the bank . Lets say i can pay 1000 EUR a month to the bank .
